ORDER PROCESSING TIMES – All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Our normal processing time is 1-3 days from time of placement and may be longer during peak shopping times.
SHIPPING – All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. This option does not include tracking. If yo would like to track your package, please upgrade to one of our paid shipping options. We will always try to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will happily accept any unused, brand new, in original packaging product within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping and handling. The shipping costs on the item(s) being returned/exchanged is not covered by Apple Girl Nails.

We understand that sometimes things can get lost during the shipping process or items may get stolen, and we will do our best to try and assist you in finding your missing item.
Please make sure to double check you have input the correct address in your initial order. If there is an error, please reach out to us, so we can keep an eye out for the package if it gets returned to us. If we shipped to the wrong address, we will make it right.
